What's really funny is I was trying to find a design for this character of mine whose Bio is below XD. If I win this darling from =Mythka, this is what he'll look like!

-To figure out what energy consists of and how he has the ability to manipulate it.
-To eradicate black energy from his world entirely.
-To reach the edge of the atmosphere in one of his flights

Personality:
He's a very odd character, as he keeps to himself often and in speech acts very formal. Most times he seems distant, as if he's in a trance, but it's not hard to recapture his attention. His mind works scientifically, as he's curious about everything and will stop at nothing to answer his questions. Sometimes he doesn't realize that he talks before he thinks and thus has reckless, sometimes hurtful speech, but he always means well. He also tends to ask a lot of questions, no matter how awkward they might be.

Bio:
When he was very little, he was raised in caverns deep in the earth of the planet Irira in complete darkness. Having been left there by his parents to "meditate" for years, he learned to feel how the air moved around him and learned how to mold it to his liking. Three centuries later, when he was taken out of his cavern, he was brought up to the mortal realm and taught how to feel the wind on his scales. However, he had always told himself that as long as he could touch the ceiling, he would be able to know what his next day would bring. Upon seeing the sky, he made it his goal to touch the top of the sky in fears that if he didn't he'd be forever lost. During breaks in his training with his parents, he would practice his flight everyday and try to get higher with every leap. However, after a sudden run-in with the Rhaevvenard, he was prevented from ever doing so again. One day during his training, he flew up into what he thought was a storm cloud, but was actually a flock of grackles. Swooping down on him, they pecked and tore at his scales and threw him to the ground. upon hitting the earth below, it came to his attention that they planned to attack his entire clan, and he lifted his hands in an attempt to protect himself. Suddenly, the cloud of birds slowed and all of them dropped right out of the sky. Surprised by his own power, he asked his father about it and grew scared when he received no answer as to where it came from. The answer didn't take long to appear hough. The Universal Master had called him to the Master Planet to have a discussion. Unable to refuse, he went to meet with her and performed his skills for her upon having been requested to. From that day forwards he was gifted with the title of Master of Energy Transference and a residence on the Master Planet. Having grown a previous grudge with the Rhaevvenard, he volunteered to be a member of the Council when he found that a slot was available too in the hopes of ridding the world of the evil organization. Today, he has created a branch of energy-transference people that have become his students, and whether its done directly or indirectly he's happy to help them.

Misc Info:
-He's fascinated with the psychic realm and tends to study it as well as those who utilize it extensively.
-He's also interested in the levels of energy that surround the atmosphere of the planet and can be seen playing with it on any given day.
-He flies in a spiral for he believes that that's the only way for him to reach the outside of the planet.
-Radioactive decay, or unstable energy, is his kryptonite, and he grows uncomfortably lethargic when near it.
-He can't touch or go near black magic without getting an allergic reaction, for the foreign energy doesn't work with his powers.
-His favorite food is avian meat, mainly because he has to fly to get it.
-When he focuses hard enough, he can concentrate the energy around him into blue electrical orbs.
